ICE agents don't have immunity and should be arrested and prosecuted by the state for any laws they break. Trump can't Legally pardon them. If enough agents are held accountable, it will stop.
But what can/will actually happen? Not a god damn thing. They are allowed to physically assault us, damage our property, take out loves and the law says we have to sit there and take it and try to sue later. What a fucking joke this country is.
