Winter Roast Recipe:
3-4lb roast (I used chuck)
Salt and pepper(heavily season the roast on all sides before searing)
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
40 ounces of beef broth or bone broth
1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of onion powder
1 packet of @kindersflavors Stew Seasoning-Sunday Pot Roast
2lbs of small potatoes
1 lb of large chunks of carrots
1-2 onions cut into large pieces
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme

Season meat very well with salt and pepper, preheat Dutch oven on medium-high heat, drizzle bottom of the pan with olive oil, then sear meat on all sides, remove from pot, then add in broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, kinders seasoning packet, place beef back in the pot and add in carrots, potatoes and onion, place the rosemary and Thyme sprigs on top, cover and cook in the oven at 325° for 2.5-3 hours until meal is perfectly tender.

** for the crockpot, make sure you sear all sides of the roast in a pan before placing the crockpot and then add everything into the crockpot and cook on low heat until roast and vegetables are tender, about 8 hours.
