🍕 The Best Pizza Dough Ever (No Fail Recipe)
Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—this high-hydration pizza dough is everything. Perfect for homemade pizza night and bakes beautifully in a regular home oven.
Pizza Dough Recipe:
• 1000g bread flour
• 700g water
• 20g salt
• 7g active dry yeast
👉 Mix everything in a stand mixer for 10 minutes
👉 Let rise until doubled (1–2 hours)
👉 Shape, top, and bake at 475°F for 15 minutes
This dough gives you bakery-style pizza without fancy equipment.

Taking notes. My homemade pizzas are never round. Usually shaped like Vermont or Wisconsin. Sometimes Florida. 😂
Prefer my pizza as thin as possible, thinner than a cracker. I don't like thicky and chewy doughy bready crust. Usually, though, I am outnumbered, because the majority of my household prefers completely the opposite

Sonya, love you. I make my pizza dough in my food processor. It takes seconds and works great. When the kids were still home, Friday night pizza was a given, usually homemade. The kids loved making their own and putting whatever they wanted on it. Somehow we often wound up with a few extra kids Friday nights. I miss those days. Enjoy yours.
When I was a kid, my best friend’s mom had survived Auschwitz. She still had the numbers on her forearm. We grew close. She never talked about it but sometimes, late at night, you could hear her scream. NEVER AGAIN.
