The BEST teacher whoโs a chef is Chef Jean Pierre on YouTube. He ran a restaurant for 20 years then a cooking school. Heโs fun, yet educational. He has a great series on kitchen basics, which includes how to properly cut every vegetable. Try his homemade beef broth. I PROMISE you if you follow the recipe you will NEVER want to use store bought again. I call it liquid gold
I hope the BBC is adequately renumerating Marco Pierre White for such content. The Man is a genius, he is a legend! This world needs more teachers like him. Thank you for such excellent videos.
