๐งพ Recipe โ Homemade Basil Pesto (200 g)
Ingredients:
Fresh basil โ about 60โ70 g
Parmesan cheese โ 50โ60 g, freshly grated
Nuts (pine nuts / cashews / walnuts) โ 30 g
Garlic โ 1โ2 cloves
Olive oil โ 80โ100 ml (adjust for texture)
Salt โ to taste
Black pepper โ to taste
Instructions:
Wash the basil thoroughly and remove the leaves from the stems.
Add basil, nuts, garlic, salt and pepper to a blender.
Drizzle in olive oil.
Blend until smooth, but donโt overblend.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add freshly grated Parmesan and mix well.
Taste and adjust salt, pepper or olive oil if needed.
Youโll get about 200 g of fresh homemade pesto.
