Dough ball was scaled up to 525g
for 10×14 Lloyd pan
Cooked on Kamado at 550f

Par-topped and baked for 7 minutes
Added additional 🧀 🌶️ 🍕 and baked another 5 minutes.

Used inside oven broiler 🔥 to crisp up toppings.
