  1. 1 pound ground turkey 1 cup Greek yogurt
    1 packet of tortellini
    1/2 jar of marinara sauce
    1 cup of cheese (I did a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
    Seasonings: salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder
    Brown your ground turkey while you boil your tortellini. Once your turkey is cooked add in seasonings Greek yogurt and marinara sauce. I also like to mix in a little bit of cheese here and melt that down once you're tortellini is cooked, folded in chopped with the rest of your cheese and bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
    (You can also cook it at a lower temp for longer, but you're really just trying to melt the cheese)
