My Recipe = 500 calories + less than £5 + 10 mins prep, 30 min cook

The recipe ⤵️

For the base:
– 70g self-raising flour
– 100g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
– ½ tsp mixed herbs
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– pinch of salt
– 10g light cheese (for the stuffed crust)

For the toppings:
– 50g cooked chicken slices
– 50g tinned pizza sauce
– 15g BBQ sauce
– onions & peppers
– 10g light cheese
– 15g light mozzarella

How to make it ⤵️
– Mix flour + seasonings in a bowl
– Add Greek yoghurt and mix until a dough forms
– Add a little water or flour if needed to get the right consistency
– Roll dough out on a floured surface
– Line edges with cheese and fold over to make the stuffed crust
– Add toppings
– Bake on a greaseproof-lined tray at 180°C (fan) for 20–30 mins, until cooked through

  2. Love that you made the pizza as a flour base too. I mean, the chicken mince ones are good too but a bread base hits the spot 😍

  3. Love it! Last time I tried to make pizza from scratch, the base came out really thick and stodgy. But think it's because I didn't roll it out thin enough – I will try again, and see if rolling nice and thin like you do here helps 🤞🍕😋

  4. I love this pizza so much I am doing 5-8-14 at the same time, freezing it, and eating when i am craving or busy weekdays when i have No time… it changed my life to be honest 🤷🏼‍♀️

  5. Honestly I think that pizzas shouldn't be labelled as junk or unhealthy food. It's mostly because the toppings and sauces you choose are completely upto different people, and obviously eating an entire large pizza with layers and layers of cheese is unhealthy for you, but the point I want to make it that pizza shouldn't be considered unhealthy, because that isn't always the case. 🤷‍♀️
