Ingredients
• Macaroni pasta – 1 cup
• Garlic (finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
• Green chillies (chopped) – 3–4
• Carrot (chopped) – 2 tbsp
• Green peas – 3 tbsp
• Capsicum (medium, chopped) – 1
• Sweet corn – 3 tbsp
• Tomato (medium, chopped) – 1
• Onion (medium, chopped) – 1
Spices & Sauces
• Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
• Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
• Cumin seed powder – ½ tbsp
• Pasta masala – 2 tbsp
• Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
• Schezwan sauce – 2 tbsp
Others
• Oil + butter – as needed
• Salt – to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

Method
1️⃣ Boil the Pasta
Boil macaroni in hot water with salt and a little oil until just cooked.
Drain and keep aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Masala Base
Heat oil and butter in a pan (kadhai).
Add garlic and green chillies, sauté till aromatic.
Add chopped onions and cook for a few seconds until slightly soft.
3️⃣ Add Veggies
Add carrot, peas, capsicum, corn, and tomato.
Sauté on medium flame for 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣ Spice It Up
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, pasta masala, tomato sauce, and Schezwan sauce.
Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
5️⃣ Combine & Finish
Add boiled macaroni and mix gently.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
