We all know the best part is eating the pizza. But I just love making pizza. As I'm putting it together, I remember all the other steps that got me to this point. I'm proud of all my efforts and think this is fun. Up to that point, this has been stressful. I've been trying to make sure I didn't forget any steps. Everything has to be in the right order. All my previous experience matters. I do it effortlessly. Everything comes together as I imagined in my head. And yet, I can't wait to taste it! I love it too!
This week, I've been craving something simpler. A sausage and peppers pizza. Nothing fancy. Sweet Italian sausage, diced green pepper, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan, cubed mozzarella and fresh shredded applewood smoked gruyere.
Tell me what you think in the comments! If you love making pizza, I'd love to hear from you. Eaters are welcome, too! Until next week…
