1 zucchini, diced

1 cup tomato passata or crushed tomatoes

Fresh basil leaves

Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino

Preparation

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook the lasagnette until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
