Used commercial baker's yeast (I know)
Pizza al crudo
Mozzarella, Scamorza, prosciutto arrosto
500°C, approximately 1 minute 30 seconds It was good, but the burnt part annoyed me! I'm still having trouble controlling the temperature

I forgot to mention: one of the two pizzas had Scamorza cheese cooked on top of the tomato sauce, I wanted to try it.
