🍕 Wheat Pizza in Air Fryer:

Ingredients 🧾

Dough:

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Active dry yeast – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Warm water – approx ⅓ cup

Pizza Sauce:

Tomatoes – 2
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves (chopped)
Salt – to taste
Sugar – ¼ tsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ¼ tsp

Toppings:

Jalapeños – 2 tbsp
Sweet corn – 3 tbsp (boiled)
Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup

Procedure 👩‍🍳:

Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Rest 5–10 minutes till foamy.
Add wheat flour, salt and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
Cover and rest for 1–1½ hours until doubled.
Boil tomatoes, peel and grind. Cook with oil, garlic, salt and sugar till thick. Add oregano and chilli flakes.
Roll dough into medium-thick base.
Pre-bake base in air fryer at 180°C for 4 minutes.
Spread sauce, add jalapeños, sweet corn and cheese.
Bake at 180°C for 6–8 minutes until cheese melts.
