

60g semolina
45g 00 flour
1 egg
sauce:
burn some garlic with tomato and green chili on a stainless steel pan
blend it with cold butter and the fond from the pan
pass through a sieve add some lemon zest
when pasta is almost ready toss it with the sauce and pasta water, few basil leaves
finish with parmesan on top, touch of olive oil
