Step into my kitchen as I share one of the most meaningful recipes from my Italian roots — our traditional family rabbit. This is the dish my mother taught me, just as her mother taught her, and today I’m passing it on to my daughter Giulia. The smells, the stories, the quiet moments at the stove… they all come alive again in this recipe.
We cook the rabbit slowly with, onions, celery, garlic, rosemary, olives and a rich chicken or beef broth, just the way it’s been done in my family for generations. If you love rustic Italian cooking, old-world flavours, and recipes filled with heart, this one will feel like home.
