Search for:

Home-Made Italian Pancetta
– Pork Belly (de-boned)
– Salt & Pepper
– Oregano & Thyme

–Wash pork belly and pat dry
–Mix all dry ingredients and rub it to the pork belly
–Cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge for 3 days
–After 3 days, wash and repeat procedure
–on the 7th day, you can now use as pancetta (Italian bacon)

– Eggs
– Parmessan and or Pecorino Cheese
– Spaghetti pasta (al dente)
