Italian pizza and American pizza use the same ingredients, yet they taste completely different.
And the reason isn’t magic. It’s priorities.
In the U.S., pizza became a business built for speed, scale, and profit.
In Italy, pizza stayed a craft built on time, simplicity, and care.
This video breaks down why Italian pizza tastes the way it does, and why not all pizza is made with the same philosophy.

  1. New Haven pizza is as good as any pizza in the world. Been to New Haven and Italy multiple times. Both are great.

  2. Facts like true and American pizzas are good too like both are amazing like even corporate pizza places except don’t go to cicis pizza because it’s not that good even if your disagree with what I said

  3. The wheat in America is stripped of most of the nutrients, the dough isn't allowed to ferment. America has some really shitty food supply and it's done on purpose. Sad.

  4. Little Caesars is better than real Italian pizza. I don’t need a 3 inch wide burnt crust and a couple clumps of cheese.

  5. As an European, I’ll say that the italian ones are worse. Hope you have a happy new year.

  6. im from nyc and ive tried the best in napoli… and i prefer new york pizza, where u can fold it in half and eat it, not this fork and knife bs…
