Ingredients
โข 4 cloves garlic, minced
โข 1 onion, diced
โข 3 spicy Italian sausages
โข ยฝ jar tomato sauce
โข 3 cups chicken broth
โข ยฝ cup heavy cream
โข ยฝ box lasagna noodles, crushed
โข ยฝ cup mozzarella
โข ยผ cup parmesan
โข ยผ cup basil
Recipe
1๏ธโฃ Heat oil in a large pot. Sautรฉ garlic and onion until soft and lightly golden.
2๏ธโฃ Add sausage, breaking it up, and cook until browned.
3๏ธโฃ Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
4๏ธโฃ Add crushed lasagna noodles and bring to a boil. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5๏ธโฃ Lower heat and stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and basil until melty and creamy.
6๏ธโฃ Bring to a gentle final boil, then turn off heat.
7๏ธโฃ Finish with extra parmesan and basil if youโre feeling it~
