  1. Recipe Details- Creamy Caramel Onion Sphagetti

    Ingredients
    1. Sphagetti 200 gm (Cooked)
    2. ⁠Onions 5 medium (sliced)
    3. ⁠Garlic 4-5 cloves (finely chopped)
    4. ⁠Salt to taste
    5. ⁠Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    6. ⁠Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
    7. ⁠Italian Pasta Seasoning 1 tbsp
    8. ⁠Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp (Optional)
    9. ⁠Cream 1/4 cup
    10. ⁠Chilli oil 1 tbsp
    11. ⁠Parsley for garnish
    12. ⁠Water
    13. ⁠Olive oil

    Method
    1. Heat some oil in a pan and then add the sliced onions.
    2. ⁠Sauté on medium flame until onions become translucent. Once done add black pepper and salt to taste and cook again for 4-5 mins.
    3. ⁠Once the onions turn to brown color add the chopped garlic with red chilli flakes and seasoning.
    4. ⁠mix well and then add the reserved pasta water. Now let it cook on low flame for another 8-9 mins until the onions and garlic is well done.
    5. ⁠Keep adding water in between if the onions go too dry.
    6. ⁠Once done add the cheese and cream with chilli oil. Mix well and let it come to a boil.
    7. ⁠now add the boiled Sphagetti and chopped parsley.
    8. ⁠mix well and serve hot.

  7. Could you tell how you clean the vessels like kadai…it's very clean.. specially the corners and joints of the handles…I know you guys use them so much but it's still so clean. I am struggling with keeping the kadai clean…if there is a particular product which could help me, please let us know.

  8. I can totally agree as this one is my favourite too! It's my go to comfort meal. I don't use spaghetti tho and use macroni instead but the process is exactly same! And just Love itt❤❤❤❤

  9. Simple pastas are the best. I rarely order pasta outside now they load it up worh cheap cream or worse mayo. I add grated paneer to boost protein instead of cream. Priyanka your recipes are very customisable
