Tomato Basil Sweet Sea Salt Candy Cane Caprese
Ingredients
* 2–3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into rounds
* 1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
* Fresh basil leaves
* Nan’s Sweet Sea Salt Vinaigrette
* Balsamic glaze
* Optional: Flakey salt and black pepper

Instructions:
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into similar thickness so the layers stack neatly.
2. On a round plate, alternate: tomato → basil → mozzarella, working your way around the plate to create a candy cane layered pattern.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt and cracked black pepper over the tomatoes and cheese (optional).
4. Spoon or pour Nan’s Sweet Sea Salt Vinaigrette generously over the entire arrangement so it seeps between the layers.
