Creamy, rich, and full of Italian flavors, Cheese White Sauce Pasta is a comforting and delicious dish made with perfectly cooked pasta tossed in a smooth white sauce prepared from butter, milk, and cheese. Lightly seasoned and combined with fresh vegetables, this pasta is a perfect blend of taste and texture.

Ingredients
Pasta – 1 cup (Penne / Fusilli / Macaroni)
Butter – 1 tablespoon
All-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon
Milk – 1 cup (warm)
Cheese – Β½ cup (grated mozzarella / cheddar)
Garlic – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Onion – 2 tablespoons (optional, finely chopped)
Vegetables – Β½ cup (bell peppers, sweet corn, broccoli)
Black pepper powder – Β½ teaspoon
Oregano / mixed herbs – Β½ teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Chili flakes – Β½ teaspoon (optional)

Cooking Process
Boil the Pasta
Boil pasta in enough water with salt and a few drops of oil. Cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the White Sauce
Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic (and onion if using) and sautΓ© until fragrant.
Add flour and cook on low heat for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
Add Milk
Slowly pour in warm milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add Cheese & Seasoning
Mix in grated cheese, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Combine Pasta & Vegetables
Add boiled pasta and vegetables to the sauce. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Serve
Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese and herbs.
