Ingredients:
• 3 cups rigatoni
• 2 tbsp cooking oil (any neutral oil you use)
• 1 tbsp salted butter
• ⅓ cup chopped shallot
• ⅛ cup minced garlic (or 3 garlic cloves)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• ⅓ cup reserved pasta water
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 ¾ cups heavy cream
• Fresh parsley + chili flakes (garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook rigatoni and keep ⅓ cup pasta water.
2. Heat oil + butter → sauté shallot until soft.
3. Add garlic + tomato paste → cook until dark red.
4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, Italian seasoning.
5. Pour in heavy cream + pasta water → simmer until thick and glossy.
6. Add pasta and toss to coat.
7. Garnish and serve.

Creamy? That looks like the dryest pasta in existence. Your mom is wetter than that on a regular basis. Jokes aside I bet it is yummy but it certainly does not look creamy.
