Ssssooo, Church's has okra, buttered corn on the cob, and jalapeño peppers 🌶. Popeyes is very good, BUT the sides at Church's just take it home, unless you're in Austin, and you go to Golden Chicken. The yeast rolls will make you fight somebody 😂😂😂❤❤!! Have a good weekend everyone!!😊

If you're going to compare sides, you should do all sides and rank which place has the better sides in total.
Yo churches chicken w/ jalapeños is goated
I've said for YEARS that there is no such thing as boneless wings. They are either small tenders or large nuggs. Some places they are more like big nuggs, and some places they are more like small tenders.
What really matters is the Chicken and Popeye's won those categories. Sides are very close, but Popeye's has Cajun fries and they are really good (although not as good as Five Guy's Cajun fries.) I actually like Popeye's mashed as I like chunky mashed, and the Cajun gravy is good. Popeye's biscuits are not good, but they are still better than KFC's! So yeah, go to Popeye's if you want better chicken, fries, slaw, and dessert…go to Church's if you just want some sides and biscuits.

I had a job in an apartment complex with a church's right down the road. Ended up having it every day for a month for lunch it was so good.
Church’s has less chemicals in it. Popeyes doesn’t taste great because the chicken is awesome. The chicken is bland. You’re raving about all the chemicals.
Hilariously, the last Church's in my area went out and had a Popeye's take over the store.
If they got Church's spicy chicken then it may have beaten Popeyes chicken. Popeyes literally won in the chicken category because of the spices…
I’ve had both loads of times. Church’s is fine. Popeye’s is significantly better. You don’t go to a fried chicken joint for the biscuits. You go for the fried chicken.
