🦐 Shrimp with Spinach and Pasta
Ingredients:
* 2 lbs shrimp
* 1 tbsp paprika
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp pepper
* 2 tbsp olive oil (for shrimp)
* 1-2 tbsp butter
* 2–3 tbsp minced garlic
* 8 oz spinach
* ½ cup heavy cream
* ½ tsp salt
* ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
* 12 oz angel hair pasta
* Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Season shrimp; cook 2–3 min per side.
2. Remove; sauté garlic in butter + oil.
3. Add spinach until wilted.
4. Add cream, salt, pasta, and Parmesan.
5. Toss in shrimp + parsley. Serve warm.
