This creamy, extra-cheesy Mac and Cheese is back! 😍 You all loved it last year, so I had to bring it back for the holidays. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any cozy family dinner 😋

MAC N CHEESE INGREDIENTS:
For the pasta:
► 4 quarts of water
► Some salt
► 1 lb. Cavatappi pasta
For the mac n cheese:
► 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
► 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
► 1 lb. colby jack cheese
► 1 tsp garlic powder
► 1 tsp smoked paprika
► 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
► 1/8 tsp black pepper
► 3 tbsp butter
► 3 tbsp all purpose flour
► 1 can evaporated milk
► 2 cups heavy cream
► 2 tsp dijon mustard
► Parsley flakes

  5. This looks SOOOOO good! Homemade mac & cheese is the only way to go — none of that boxed stuff here — but this looks so much tastier than anything I’ve ever made. The evaporated milk is an ingredient I’ve never thought about, but it makes complete sense.

    It’s the spices, however, that make it look so tasty. I’m definitely trying this recipe the next time I’m cooking for all the family!
