“Today I am here with Ravioli Pasta Recipe, which I have made in white sauce.”

1)for pasta dough
Ingredients:

All-purpose flour – ½ cup

Semolina (suji) – ½ cup

Salt – a pinch

Water – as needed for kneading the dough.

Method:-
“First, take a bowl and add semolina, all-purpose flour, and salt. Then, with the help of water, knead them into a smooth dough.”

2)Filling – Ingredients:

Oil – 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon

Oregano – 1 teaspoon

Spinach – 1 cup (finely chopped)

Pizza pasta sauce – 1–2 teaspoons

Any cheese of your choice

Salt – a little

Method:
First, heat a pan. Add chilli flakes and oregano, and sauté them for a few seconds. Then add the chopped spinach and a pinch of salt, and cook it well. After that, add any cheese you like and mix everything together. Cook for 1–2 minutes, and your filling will be ready.”

“Now take the dough we prepared with semolina and flour and divide it into two parts. Roll out one portion nicely and use a bowl or a cutter to cut small round shapes. Place the spinach–cheese filling in the centre of each round. Apply a little water around the edges. Then cover it with another round piece. Press the edges with a fork to seal them completely. Now put these into boiling water and cook them until the dough (maida and suji) becomes fully cooked. Once they are done, take them out.”
“In the same way, give shape to all the pasta pieces, roll them out, and keep them ready.”

3)White Sauce – Ingredients:

Butter – 2 teaspoons

Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon

All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 teaspoons

Milk – 1 glass

Oregano – as needed

Chilli flakes – as needed

Cheese – as needed

Salt – ¼ teaspoon

Method:-
First, heat a pan. Add butter, then add the chopped garlic. When the garlic cooks slightly, add the flour and sauté it for a while. After that, add milk little by little and keep stirring continuously. Then add oregano, chilli flakes, and cheese, and mix well. Add salt and mix again. Your white sauce is ready.
Now take the pasta we prepared and cut each piece from the centre. Add them into the white sauce and mix gently. Sprinkle a little oregano and chilli flakes on top.
Your ravioli pasta is ready to serve. Enjoy it!
