  4. I'd make this if my in-laws ever would want anything other than the stuffing they've had every year for decades – it's fine, with bread cubes and chestnuts, my mother-in-law's recipe. But this looks amazing so will have to find another occasion for it. Also, I love that you forgot the mushrooms and just added them part-way through, which might happen to any home cook! Would you typically brown the mushrooms with the onions and sausage?

  5. Fun Fact: White button mushrooms, cremini/baby bella, and portabella mushrooms are the SAME mushroom, just at different stages!

  6. Great video. But I think everybody is loving that copper pot. Was it in the family and passed down? It's beautiful.
