I'd make this if my in-laws ever would want anything other than the stuffing they've had every year for decades – it's fine, with bread cubes and chestnuts, my mother-in-law's recipe. But this looks amazing so will have to find another occasion for it. Also, I love that you forgot the mushrooms and just added them part-way through, which might happen to any home cook! Would you typically brown the mushrooms with the onions and sausage?

Smh please take care of your hands. Knives are dangerous tools there's always some band aid on one of your fingers.
Also- that looks smashing good❤
Those mushrooms were NOT CHOPPED they were sliced..
This dish can go with anything
Thanks
😂😂😂😂 the handles on that pot!
Ok, so the mushrooms release enough moisture for the rice?
Can we just acknowledge the beauty that is the pot you’re using ! I bet if the house was on fire this would be an item you would grab.
I really dislike like stuffing but just might have to try this one!
Is your finger ok? ❤
I love the pot, but I'll pass on what's in it. But I am glad that you and your family enjoy it. Hope you have a wonderful holiday dinner.❤

The rice doesn’t need added liquid to cook?
How lovely to remember her this way 😢
Just checking if you need to add any liquid with the rice?
Fun Fact: White button mushrooms, cremini/baby bella, and portabella mushrooms are the SAME mushroom, just at different stages!
Sounds delicious and so simple! Yum! Going to try this for sure!!
It looks dry…
I love your pans.
