  1. Spaghetti squash was one of the first things i learned to make after eggs and fancy ramen. I made it in the winter time and my cheap anchor baking dish exploded when I place it on the cold counter. Luckily I was able to rinse the glass off the sides and enjoyed my shell-shocked spaghetti squash.

  4. I cook mine in the microwave. BE CAREFUL of shards/pieces from the skin. They can be VERY SHARP!
