Hello food lovers! This is the traditional italian Grandma’s Pie. Obviously we have tons for variants made from our grandmas (and they’re very different family basis hehe).

Ingredients (mold Ø 26/28cm)
Short pastry:
3 Eggs
8g Vanilla baking powder (1/2 bag)
120g Sunflower oil
150g Sugar
Peel of half a lemon
40g Pine nuts
500g Flour
Icing sugar (a.t.)
Custard:
80g Sugar
100g Flour
1 Vanilla bean
3 Eggs
Peel of half a lemon
750ml Milk
