Ingredients:
500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
10 g (2 tsp) salt
7 g (2 tsp) instant yeast
325 ml (1โ cups) warm water
2โ3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fresh rosemary & coarse sea salt on top
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Knead until smooth and elastic, then let rise for about 1 hour.
Spread the dough on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and press dimples with your fingers.
Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt, and bake at 220ยฐC (425ยฐF) for 20โ25 minutes, until golden.
Serve warm with olive oil, cheese, or even a glass of wine โ itโs pure Italian comfort food.
