  1. We were in Firenze this past June. After the Boboli Gardens, we had dinner at a restaurant called The Antico Ristoro di Cambi. I don't know if it's a restaurant you'd frequent, but it was my first Tuscan steak. It was delicious. I can't wait to go back and have another. It was so good, I didn't even add seasoning.

  2. You botched this one mate. Bone side down first to bring the bone up to temp. Your fire was very hot, you need to flip the steak more often, as one side of it was definitely scorched, not seared. Internal, you said you wanted medium and you got it, so enjoy the overcooked scorched steak 😂 I'm just busting your balls, love your stuff Gino!

  3. Gino you are amazing and always the best chef in my opinion funny and always spreading the right Italian flavours of the best Italian food. Tantissimi complimenti la seguo da anni con le mie figliole in Irlanda. Tantissimi auguri caro Gino a lei e alla sua famiglia 🤗🇨🇮

  4. Shouldn’t the steak have been seasoned with salt and fresh cracked black pepper (and maybe some granulated garlic/powder) before putting it one the grill?

  5. Gino’s accent is confusing, it’s a British Italian hybrid 😂😂😂 not sure if anyone else hears it.

  6. Dude definitely burnt the one side and was hiding it when he rested it on the bone! I would've sent it back if i saw that shit
