  4. I prefer them with a brushed on chocolate layer in the shell, a few days old in the fridge so that the shell is chewy instead of crunchy. Omg heaven to eat.

  8. The filling looks a bit loose, is this normal? I thought it was meant to be a thick type custard, asking because my friend wants me to make them for her and I want to do them right! Thanks
