๐Ÿฅ„ Ingredients

Pasta (Penne / Fusilli / Spaghetti) โ€“ 1 cup

Tomatoes โ€“ 4 (blanched & pureed)

Onion โ€“ 1 (finely chopped)

Garlic โ€“ 5 cloves (chopped)

Olive Oil / Butter โ€“ 2 tbsp

Red Chilli Flakes โ€“ ยฝ tsp

Mixed Herbs (Oregano + Basil) โ€“ 1 tsp

Tomato Sauce / Ketchup โ€“ 1 tbsp

Salt โ€“ as needed

Sugar โ€“ ยฝ tsp (to balance tang)

Grated Cheese โ€“ 2 tbsp (optional)

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

Boil pasta with salt & a few drops of oil until al dente. Drain and keep aside.

Heat olive oil/butter, sautรฉ garlic and onion till golden.

Add tomato puree, cook until raw smell leaves.

Add salt, sugar, chilli flakes, and mixed herbs. Stir well.

Add boiled pasta, toss evenly in sauce.

Top with grated cheese, serve hot!
