Tomato Sauce Recipe
Sauté Onion in Olive oil
Add 5 cloves minced Garlic till fragrant (30 sec)
28oz canned tomatoes (I used 1 quart home canned)
1/2 bunch of chopped fresh basil
1/2 bunch of chopped fresh Parsley
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
Stir and Bring to a boil
Blend it if you want it smooth

Meatballs
In a bowl add
2lbs ground beef (you can do half sausage if you want)
Two eggs
salt & pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
In a blender blend together 1 white onion
5 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch of fresh basil
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
Then add the blender mixture to your bowl and combined everything. If the mixture is thick you can add a splash of milk.

Make into small balls and put them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 10 min then flip and cook for 5 more min

Add meatballs to the tomato sauce and you are ready to use over pasta, veggies, or in a meatball sub, etc.
The meat balls freeze really well, so does the sauce.
