Thanks so much for this great video! We got married in Vegas in 2022 and had the dinner afterwards at Lupo in Mandalay. My brother in law still raves about that meal. Ever since, we’ve been hunting for a new Italian place and nothing has cut it yet. It could be that nothing will compare to those memories, but Scarpetta looks like a contender!

Place looks great, but for $40 for soda refills, I'd be getting my Danny The Medic Cosplay on and going for tap water!😂 I would have gone with the pea soup but cold didn't sound appetizing until you showed the poached egg, then I became interested! Being an MGM Honk, I'm going to have to try this place and make it a room charge! Great video Shin!

Shin, I have been interested in Scarpetta. Owned and originated by celebrity chef Scott Conant. I love watching him judge on cooking shows, he is so talented. I think he is the best italian chef around. I really enjoyed seeing all the dishes you ordered. All, except the chicken, were so well done. That steak, wow! And lots of truffle accents. Thanks Shin! Thanks Shin! We have reservations here during a trip of ours in a couple weeks. We just changed what our order was going to be. I’m now going to get the ribeye and my wife is going to get the sea bass. And of course we will activate our desert stomachs!
