  1. I didn't know you eat chicken parm with pasta but nkw that I've seen it, i wouldn't add the tomatoe suace on the freie chicken and would only place the cheese (i know it probably wont melt the same way)

    because I'd save the sauce for the pasta

  3. Looks good! Chicken parm is one of my favorite things to make. One thing I really like to do is to put a few small dollops of sauce on top of the cheese before broiling so that it dehydrates and intensifies in flavor. Nice little tomato umami bombs.

  4. While I absolutely agree making your own sauce and noodles is better and I love doing it, I think you confuse laziness with convenience. Especially after a long hard day at work. Love the videos man!
