    GARLIC BREAD RECIPE 🤑

    2 pieces of garlic cover in oil salt and peper bake for 400 F for 40 minutes

    3 qurtars and a cup of water

    1 packet active dtry yeast

    a pinch of sugar and rest for 5 minutes

    add 1 and a half table spoons of olive oil

    half teaspoon of vingar

    and a pinch of salt

    and 1 and a hlaf cups of bread flour

    mix till it is a dough

    rest in a bowl with a damp towel on top for 15 minutes

    then place it into a baking sheet and smoot press it out

    then cover for another 15 minutes

    make indents into te dough and add the garlic oil and squeez the garlic out

    then add cheese on top

    and then bake at 475 F for 10 minutes

    top with herbs (chives are recomended)

    then serv
