Chicken Saltimbocca, is one of those recipes that seem really hard and complicated to do. In this video we show you the contrary, as this dish is Simple and Tasty and can really be made by anyone.

Ingredients:
3 pieces of chicken breast
6 pcs of prosciutto
6 sage leafs
100 g unsalted butter
50 g of flour
parsley
1 glass of white wine
olive oil
garlic
salt
pepper
First, cut off the fat parts of the chicken breast and then with a meat pounder, hammer it until doubled. After this operation, cut the chicken breast into 2 pcs.
Secondly, take a half of the chicken breast then a pcs of the prosciutto and a sage leaf and stick them together with a toothpick.
Thirdly, roll the chicken breast+prosciutto+sage leaf, through flour.
Fourthly, into a pan, pour some olive oil and the half pcs of the unsalted butter. After the butter melts and it’s hot put the chicken breasts and cook them until they turn golden on each side.
Fifthly, put the remain butter into the pan, let it melt then add the minced garlic cloves. After the garlic turns golden pour in the wine and then the chopped parsley. You can now add the fried chicken into the pan and let it cook and suck the sauce for another 3 – 5 minutes.
