I can't believe everyone doesn't test their meatballs like this first
all that and no actual info on how long or what heat to cook them on. waste of a video
Veal is gelatinous, and would add moisture.
We are over here mate!
I love Frank. He’s the kind of teacher or mentor I was dying to have when starting my culinary journey.
I use fresh Herbs
A little bit nutmeg maybe …

I like sweddish meatballs the best. It has a festive taste and goes well with potatoes.

See I use milk instead of egg. I think egg makes it too chewy
Made these tonight! They were yummy. Thank you for sharing and explaining!!
It needs moisture to be tender. That means if you use 1&1/2 cup of breadcrumbs you should add the same amount of water or milk so the breadcrumbs absorb the moisture.

I tried this and the meatballs came out great!
The cheese he’s using… I asked an Italian lady in the market how to make meatballs and she told me to get that cheese.
Here's a quicker version: add all ingredients to bowl, do not stir. Serve immediately.
Dry crumbs dry it out.. Always add bread soaking in milk. Huge difference
Great video! When u cook the meatballs, do u just pan sear and then finish cooking in the sauce?
Misses chopped parsley and dried ferner seeds to be authentic. Some also put finely diced carrots. Be cautious with the fennel, though if you never used it before. Enjoy
Don’t need that many eggs
