Why is he burning that beautiful piece of steak? Steak is so expensive! Poor Gino. What a huge fall from grace! Uk π¬π§πππΎ
This is such a shame. The quality of their steaks are excellent but they dont know how to cook steaks properly. Always season the meat well before putting it on the grill. Then dont forget to render the fat and cook at least at the edge between rare and medium rare. This steak was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside
He really is beautiful much like my previous partner Sebastian.
You can't call it Fiorentina, cause is too thin and the half of real Fiorentina weight…this is a T-bone…
Italians from Italy seem to not know how to cook a steak. They always use thick cuts and donβt pre-season with basic salt or pepper. They always wait for the very end after a cook. They forget this simple basic cooking technique.
OH THIS STEAK IS BURNT!!! π I am shocked it really did cook nicely only wrapped in a foil. I will try your method. Black crust doesn't bother mi much although I would go down a minute or two on this side π
Perfection β€
Trump supporters think itβs burnt because thatβs how theyβre feeling right now.

Sacrilege!! π±π± What a mania for marinating meat! Salt is enough!
Fiorentina Steak is traditionally ONLY prepared rare. In the video, you said you were preparing it "medium" but the end result looked rare to medium rare to me, which is good. When you said medium, I was afraid you were going to overcook it.
Also, your timing on the potatoes was very poor, unless you were going for cold potatoes. Potatoes don't need to "rest." They should be served hot with the steak.
Come si dice in toscana l' hai strinata…π Vai la prossima volta va meglio…
Fookin rawww
Chick's for free~!!! π
Guysβ¦ itβs not burnt. Thatβs maillard reaction. Howeverβ¦ Gino, season the god damned steak!!
He has no idea how to cook a steak. Why would you season after its cooked .
