A delicious and entirely vegan preparation that makes for a healthy snack at any time of the day, this cherry tomato and basil bruschetta is a must-try. You can put them on any kind of bread you like. We highly recommend Sourdough as it brings out the flavours magnificently. The cherry tomatoes add a wonderful tanginess and sweetness to each bite, and add a bright pop of red to the recipe. This recipe is simple and uses high quality ingredients that bring out the best flavours. Snack on it whenever hungry, as it comes together in as little as 15 minutes.
