Pasta e Fagioli – Italian pasta and bean soup – Mediterranean diet recipe
In the U.S. we say “pasta fazool.” This pasta and bean soup is comforting on a cold winter’s day. I made it with chicken broth, but you could easily substitute vegetable broth to make it vegetarian.
