I've been looking for a great pasta salad recipe and am going to make it for Canada's Victoria Day picnic. I'm leaving out the processed meat though unless I can find nitrate-free, and the seasoning, as they often hide MSG and its clones under the 'spices' umbrella. They list the spice ingredients on the bottle so I'm going to try to replicate it without the bad stuff. I love your simple vinaigrette dressing. Thanks for posting and demonstrating.
