Gnocchi is my go to dish, at my local store they have incredibly cheap gnocchi, I can get 500g of gnocchi for .80 and I just mix that with pesto tomatoes and spinach or arugula, I’ve eaten so much of it I’m currently on a 2 month break from it

Made it, you explained it wrong my gnochi tastes like raw gum. It needs to be dry and starchy, avoid developing gluten.
