– 200g ground pork ( here i used Bacon)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 carrot, finely diced
– 1 celery stalk, finely diced
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried rosemary
– Salt & pepper to taste
– Fresh Basil
– Olive oil
– Grated Parmesan for serving
### **Instructions:**
1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened.
