mayonnaise: 30 g (1.1 oz)
ketchup: 30 g (1.1 oz)
Additionally
parsley: 10 g (0.4 oz)
garlic: 2 cloves
lemon juice: 30 ml (1.0 fl oz)
olive oil: 30 ml (1.0 fl oz)
salt: 3 g (0.1 oz)
