I started making sourdough towards the end of last year and have had such a hard time. After coming across your videos I’ve tried your recipes and have been able to make the best bread ever! This is next on my list!! Thank you so much for all of the time and effort you put into making content for us 🥹🩵
Looks amazing 🤩. Thank you.
Hi, amazing video i have a question regarding feeding my starter in the last video i checked you used 1:5:5 ratio in this video the ratio is 1:1:1 is it because that starter was going to stay in the fridge and this was fed (1:1:1 ) because you would be using it the next day? Please help me out getting a little confused with feeding my starter
Wow, such a great video. I'm going to try it. Thanks!!! Can I apply an agg wash and cheese, and bake it without a cover? That way I can use the second pan I got to make 2 breads. Will it work?
I just made this and although in proofing it did not rise to fill pan like yours, it did rise while cooking. Absolutely delicious. I sprinkled some Ms. Dash everything bagel over the cheese on top.
