Just because I've been in the Arch before they stopped this, one elevator that goes up, and observation wing with some windows that feels like a 1960's airplane I would assume that you look out of, and one elevator that goes down, that's what's in the arch.

Josh, you can go inside the arch. They have horrifying little elevators that take you up and you can look out the window at the top. It's pretty cool and pretty scary at the same time

Neopolitan pizza sauce doesn't cook the sauce. The 800 degree pizza oven cooks the sauce.
St. Louis pizza is so freaking delicious!
As a Missourian, theres this local pizza place near where I used to live that made the best pizzas, and this video made me realise that they made St. Louis Style pizza. The small form factor of the slices gives an almost addictive nature to eating it. Plus they had some surprisingly good salads for a Pizza place.
