Ingredients
* 1 lb of Strawberries
* 4 separated Eggs  
* ½ the lemon – Lemon juice 
* ½ the lemon – Lemon zest 
* 1lb. of Mascarpone Cheese (1 lb.)
* ¾ cup of Sugar 
* ¼ cup of Water 
* Pinch of Nutmeg
*  ½ tsp. of Vanilla extract
* 2-3 tbsp. of Heavy whipping cream 

How to Prepare:
1. Clean and hull strawberries.
2. Separate eggs and whisk whites until foamy in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat sugar water in a pan. Gradually whisk it into the egg whites while whipping. Set aside.
4. Cream egg yolks, sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla in the emptied bowl.
5. Fold in mascarpone cheese, then heavy cream.
6. Gently fold meringue mixture into egg yolk mixture. Chill.
7. Purée most strawberries with lemon zest, juice, and sugar. Slice remaining strawberries.
8. Layer chilled mixture, strawberry slices, and sauce in a glass. Repeat. Top with strawberries.
