To prepare Carbonara pasta we need:
Spaghetti 300 g
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Ham or Bacon 500 g
Egg yolk 4 pcs
Grated Parmesan 200 g
Cream 10% 250 ml
Salt
Pepper
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Peel, chop and fry the garlic in a hot pan for 30 seconds.
Finely chop the ham or bacon and add to the garlic.
Fry until golden brown crust (about 4 minutes)
Grate parmesan cheese.
Mix the yolks with cream.
Add Parmesan.
Salt if wanted.
Add the fried garlic and bacon to the spaghetti.
Add whipped egg yolks and cheese, keep in a warm pan for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle with ground pepper.
Garnish with greens.
Done!
